Mid-Level Interactive Mobile Designer

Requirements:

  • You are a passionate and versatile designer with 2+ years experience
  • You have a solid digital portfolio showcasing your visual prowess in mobile & web
  • You are a natural problem solver who is obsessive over details
  • You know Photoshop & Illustrator well and have dabbled in Sketch
  • You can find the tiniest color & type discrepancies when testing developed prototypes
  • Often you will have to support the designers with UI changes or challenges
  • You welcome having your work challenged and regularly invite constructive feedback
  • You know what Material Design is and you aren’t afraid to use it

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Working closely with and supporting the Senior Designer to see projects through from ideation to completion
  • Creating designs, themes, style guides, cutting assets, building InVision prototypes – any and everything needed to build a successful product
  • Presenting designs internally
  • Problem solving with the UI/UX team when needed
  • You’ve heard of the latest design trends, best practices and softwares
  • Reviewing and translating wireframes into designs
  • Good enough knowledge with Mobile and Web technologies to understand developers jargon

Mid-Level User Experience Designer

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Working closely with the Lead UX Designer
  • Designing apps and websites for our clients or help the development of our own products
  • Building and running user testing studies and results
  • Making low-res and hi-res wireframe documents
  • Presenting those wireframes to the stakeholders
  • Assure the quality of the end product throughout its lifecycle
  • Often you will have to support the designers with UI changes or challenges
  • Developers will ask you intricate questions
  • Your decisions will be challenged
  • Your inbox will be filled with Jira, Basecamp, Slack and other user testing emails. Also, animated gifs.

Requirements:

  • Your portfolio will speak for itself and includes wireframes and some final product screenshots
  • You have designed mobile apps and responsive websites
  • Your wireframes are pretty tight and full of meaningful annotations
  • You know how to quickly sketch something on the board to get the designers going
  • You’ve heard of the latest design trends, best practices and softwares
  • You can explicitly present your ideas to stakeholders
  • Good enough knowledge with Mobile and Web technologies to understand developers jargon
  • Proficient with Omnigraffle and Adobe softwares

Intermediate to Senior iOS Developer

  • Interfacing with 3rd party APIs
  • AutoLayout and flexible UI

Pluses:

  • Active stackoverflow or github user
  • Contributions to open source
  • Both Android and iOS experience

Junior Android Developer

Responsibilities

  • Build UI/UX from wireframes/designs
  • Connecting data to 3rd party APIs
  • Participate in peer Code Reviews
  • Write thoughtful, clean, stable, and tested code.
  • Research and stay on top of current technologies and tools

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Java
  • Understanding of current Android best practices
  • Interface with 3rd party APIs
  • Understanding of multi-threading and concurrency
  • Good communications skills
  • Basic understanding of git
